These headers will give your HAT or pHAT a real lift!

We all love playing with the latest Pi accessories, but sometimes we've found that these wonderful add-on boards could do with just a little more clearance from the top of the Raspberry Pi.

That's where these little headers come in! They're standard 2x20 GPIO headers so are suitable for all 40-pin versions of the Raspberry Pi, but they have 5mm pins to make sure they mate securely with the female headers on your add-on board.

Great as a way to boost the height of the GPIO. Necessary if you're using a case that recesses the GPIO slightly. You can stack these as well which is useful if your case is pretty deep.

The header was incredibly stiff to apply - require a *lot* of force unfortunately. It worked but I always felt like I was going to break a pin somewhere

There's really not much to say about the Booster Header besides "It does exactly what it says it does". It gives you more room between Pi Hats/Shields/Whatever the kids call them nowadays and if you run out of 2x20 headers you can grab one of these and solder it in.
